Which is why I stated that I still apply sunscreen on cloudy days. 😉
But you're right. It's a good reminder to everyone reading, not just those of us who are very aware of the risks, even when it might seem there are no risks - there usually are.
It takes all of 3 minutes to apply sunscreen, less than half that time if applying spray coverage.
PS - most leading dermatologists suggest that if you're not using at least a shot-glass of sunscreen per every 90 minutes - you're not using enough. The spray works great, just keep it below your eyes if you're wearing a cap. I had an allergic reaction to sunscreen last summer that ended up getting into my eyes - had a "jellyfish" eye and had to go to the local urgent care center to get it looked at.
Wear hats. Cover the exposed areas (ears, nose, cheeks, back of neck, arms, legs. And wear sunglasses as often as possible.
That about covers it. lol
