Par4QC DiamondTour lists the R/S as 3.5° while the iDrive is listed at 3.1° (0.4°), and the A/L 3.9° while iDrive is 4.1 (0.2° difference). Those numbers close enough to be considered within manufacturing tolerances (+/-10%).

    Not good enough explanation.

The factory would be the one to put out the specs. Why would the seller choose 'something' within tolerance, instead of the actual value as described by the factory?

Something must be going on with my email.....still haven't received yours. Sent you a PM through this site.

Par4QC In the 15 years I've been buying components from Integra, one thing I've learned is to take all their specs with a grain of salt. They make some decent compoments, especially the stuff that they make for other brands (such as DiamondTour). But their published specs for any of their stuff is far from accurate or consistent. Maybe those are the numbers they provided DT when they started making the shafts for them, maybe DT messed up entering them in the system, maybe they intentionally fudged the numbers a little (while still keeping them within tolerances) just so they don't look exactly like the iDrive on paper. Who knows. All I know for sure is it's the same shaft. This is coming from Integra who makes it for them, not just a hunch of mine.

garyt1957 Definitely not a rebadged Acer Velocity. That shaft is slightly lighter weight, has more torque, a lower kickpoint, and shorter raw length. The FGS/iDrive is the better shaft of the two, IMHO.

I just now opened the box of 5 I bought and just realized they were green! I gotta learn to read more carefully. All is good though, my wife loves them.
