I created a discussion in the clubhouse. I couldn't get an image to show up after editing a couple of times. Now I can't edit or delete. Any ideas.

In the clubhouse with the bladereque [TOP] [URGENT] subject. Looks like after a reply the previous message(s) can't be deleted. Even by the original poster.

The way it's set now, you can edit/delete your post for up to 10mins after you post. After that, it's locked in.
Is there a use-case you have where the 10mins isn't enough time?

Thanks! It's good to know that. I suppose in the past I've gone back and updated posts well past that time, but I can live with it.

pdxhak It can be set based on tag (forum). Right now we've got it set to allow editing for 10mins after the OP. But I'm watching to see if people may need to edit more often.
Sounds like it's time for a poll! FGI used to be set up to edit "to infinity and beyond", I think.
As much as I typo it would be great to be able to edit a post beyond 10 minutes. Sometimes I notice a mistake hours|days|weeks later 🙂

Just had that situation occur as I noticed an earlier post of mine had a spelling error and I couldn't correct it. So I had to do an additional post instead of being able to correct.
Alright. The people have spoken.
I changed editing of posts to always on. We will see how it goes and may adjust in the future if need be.
