You guys could play with Tour Lock Opti-Vibe "internal shaft weight that can be moved up and down installed thru butt/grip" and also lead tape on hosel to see how changing a balance point of various weight shafts changes performance. That's actually the cheaper way to do to testing to see how you match up best.
Monte Doherty's spread sheet of days past also you can plug in various factors to change MoI and balance point.
While at home this week, I changed the sole plate weight (removed old lead and poured new lead sole weight under the sole plate) and back weight of a persimmon wood and haven't had a chance to hit it yet but it does have a better "feel". Changed the MoI heft by 100 kg-cm ^ 2.
