I'm late to the party here, but I have narrow feet and I love Puma golf shoes. Five of my last six pairs have been Puma.
I did get one dud pair - the Puma Grip Sport spikeless. The tread was a glued on rubber strip, and I peeled the rear portion off the left shoe in a few rounds. Puma replaced them and the same thing happened. The golf store gave me my money back. If you have a lot of foot action, those aren't the shoes for you.
I'm currently wearing the Ignite spikeless with the disc instead of laces, and I love them. One of the best pair of golf shoes I've ever had. I beat the hell out of shoes and these are holding up really well. The "spikes" are very durable. I usually wear them down quickly but these are holding strong after numerous rounds. Now that prices are dropping on this model I'm probably going to buy another pair or two.
As far as running true to size, I wear in 12 in Nike and a 12 in Puma.
