Practice your swing with your eyes closed. Listen to the sound of your swing as the swoosh will reveal many aspects of your swing to you. You will begin to hear the tempo that produces the best swoosh and where you want this to take place - through the impact area. You will also improve your balance through your swing, start to finish.
You will naturally focus on your swing and body movement, because you will not be distracted by your vision. The other great benefit is you can do this any time on the course.
BTW, about two decades ago tests were done with golfers representing a range of skill levels but divided into groups with the goal of determining which methods of practice using the same routines worked most effectively. They would practice and then go through a normal putting performance test on a regular schedule to test improvement. One of the methods was going through the practice sessions putting with their eyes closed. At first this group scored lowest in the performance test. However, as the practice and testing moved forward this changed. At the end of the practice and test period (I am not sure, but it was in the neighborhood of a week or so - daily practice) the highest performing group was the group which practiced with their eyes closed.
This same type of study was done in a practice routine on the range. It started with the eyes closed group performing at the lowest level, but again before the test period was over they outperformed the other practice routines across the board with all levels of golfing handicaps.
It works. It is not magic, it takes a bit of time, but produces solid results because it teaches you body awareness and balance. If this is strange to you. With you eyes open stand and then take one leg and lift it across the knee cap of your other leg standing on one leg. See how long you can maintain your balance. Practice for a while and see how much you can improve doing this 10 times in a row.
Then do the same thing a day or so later, this time do this with your eyes closed. We are used to depending on our vision for balance. Then practice doing this exercise for the same length of time as you practiced with you eyes opened, but now with your eyes closed. Take a short break and see how you do with your eyes open. You be the judge if it works for you. If so, it will also work for your golf game.
