So I'm thinking of replacing my trusty Bushnell Neo X GPS watch with something newer. It's not that I want the latest and greatest, but the battery in the watch is not holding a charge like it used to. I was going to just get another GPS watch as I like the convenience of glancing at my wrist to get a yardage, but then wondered about other options. I have an old laser that still works pretty well and I'll bring it for a scramble event, but I prefer Front/Middle/Back yardages right on my wrist.
Would the Apple watch have a comparable GPS app I could use? And if so would there also be other apps that might track swing tempo or other useful features? What's everyone using these days and why?
Thanks!
