The US is on course for the lowest medal count in 3 decades. With all the resources in the US it puzzles me as to why we can’t compete.

If acting out is commonplace for the kid who threw the silver medal into the stands, then he's got a problem and I don't like it. If it's isolated to this incident I won't judge. Might be someone I'd want on my team.

I don't recall one from the Swedish kid though.

I didnt watch the game but upsets happen. I would bet TC got into penalty trouble.

Even so, they lost their #1 goalie in QF and were lacking in scoring power so at best they were going to get Silver . Cant see OAR losing.

Also Germany upset Swedes another hockey power in the QF quite a story for a Country /team that failed to even qualify for the last Olympic hockey tourney in 2014

TC already short handed and a second penalty called on TC for a FACE OFF delay is all you need to know.

I was just watching mens and womens speed skating. Both events were "Mass Start" with 12 or more skaters lined up to race, not just two skaters and the clock. Much more interesting.
