For Maltby fans....I was browsing the Golfworks website this morning and noticed this newest offering for 2018. It's called the PTM Forged. Not sure I like it as well as the DBM, but a nice option to consider......

Not bad. Not gonna make me kick my DBM'S out of the bag. I seriously can't believe how little wear they are showing after 3 years on the AZ turf. They might give Ping a run for their money on durability.😱
I like the TE Forged cavity and lofts better.
Bueno....not sure about the jacked lofts, but other than that me likey!
I prefer the non DBM finish.

I like the satin finish a LOT! In fact, my KE4 Tour + are satin. I don't care for the standard mirror finish they have on the TE. The original M-05's I had were the mirror finish and by the time I got rid of them they had a lot of bag chatter on them. In that respect, I think the DBM finish is supposed to hold up better......
I've been playing the Logic Tradition M-05's since they came out. I started using head covers with that set as I always carried in those days. I know, "iron head covers, no one should use them!" There are plenty of dings from contact with the ground and small rocks working their way out of the soil but the mirror finish still looks pretty well for how old and how many rounds they have been played. I will probably get a set of the TE Forged heads in the next few years and use the old M-05 heads for my young grandson when he is a bit older. I agree with sdandrea1 about the lofts on the TE Forged!

LBlack14 me three....mostly to not hear the clanking and such, but I like to keep my sticks looking good......"bag chatter" as they say does not look to me!
Sorry for side wise pic. Only anti rattle club tubes I've seen . My buddy in NC had them and they didn't work for him , a lefty, so I inherented them. Eliminated bag chatter/ dings, but don't slow down anything .
