So, over the past couple of months, I've been searching for a new toy. I nearly bought one back in November, but the wifey freaked out on me so I had to delay the purchase for a bit. In the end, it was worth it because I ended up getting a killer deal on this one.
My new addition to the stable is:
1998 Mustang Cobra
I picked it up for a little over $10k. It just turned over 92k miles and has had extensive work done on the engine. It is built with all forged internals, cams from the '03-'04 Cobra, and a supercharger. As it sits now, she's putting down ~490hp/460tq to the ground and, take my word, she's fast!
Can't wait until it warms up a hair and I don't have to worry about ice spots on the roads and bridges. I sure wish I'd had this when I was in Germany. Something tells me 150+ would be a walk in the park with this one.
