Life is comprised of making mistakes and learning from them. Sometimes it means the proverbial tornado that levels a home with nothing left to salvage. Other times it means a home intact with little damage to speak of, despite the tornado that has leveled homes around us, but spares those left intact with examples of how life-changing life itself can be.
How we perceive those two situations determines how we figure out our life situations, "for better or worse" and how we choose to love and live the remainder of our lives. Being a good father. Being a good husband. Being a reliable neighbor to those in need around us....
A home destroyed, a marriage destroyed.... or the home that was salvaged and a marriage that was salvaged....
What we learn from life's lessons matters most. And often times equals the quality of life ahead of us.
