Just finished Longmire, looking for another series to watch. Have watched Dexter, Lost (twice), Breaking Bad, and a couple others..........

braveheart Watched Dutton Ranch on Paramount +.

I enjoy Dutton Ranch. I didn't care for Marshalls at all. It was pretty forced and silly.

Thanks for that report! Just put that on my watch list today because my Sunday paper had an article about it and Geena Davis. And, I've liked Geena Davis for a long time... LOL

Me too. She’s from Wareham MA. Just across the Cape Cod canal. I’m from Harwich on the Cape. She’s ~ 6 months younger than me.

We played them in high school basketball. She was captain of the Wareham cheerleading squad.
Meaning she saw me play and I saw her cheerlead. Just a sort of six degrees of separation type of thing. lol

azgreg I agree with you and professor on Marshals. For as good as Yellowstone was and Dutton Ranch is…. Marshals writing or dialogue is low tier.

Started it last night. Quite the funny premise for a "Boomer". Oh boy... No, I'm not moving to The Villages.

The Lincoln docudrama is pretty good. Funny in the dramatized parts the acting is on par with the other "netflix" series. There seem to be a bunch of these type series popping up. Worth a watch.

Ha,ha….. Yeah she’s tall. Actually they had a guy playing center that was close to 7 feet. Skinny as a rail though. I even remember his name David Pocknett (unsure of spelling).

I’m 6 feet and it was fun guarding him. lol. This would’ve been ~ 1972-1973.

Just heard Ballard (Rene, Bosch spin off) is getting a season 2 and another spinoff depicting Bosch's early/rookie days. Not Titus Welliver.......some other guy.

Started watching Spider Noir on Prime. Weird premise but I like noir movies. Nice Cage as an older Spiderman set in the 30s. Cage looks so old and wears a bad toupee. Two episodes in and not so sure about it.

Done…. It sucked. Just a good concept poorly done?? And what’s wrong with Nicolas’Cage”s voice??? THAT was annoying since he was the private detective narrator…

We binged it this past weekend. I liked it but I think maybe it could have been better without Cage. I know they needed someone a bit older in this case but maybe not someone about my age? Even my 80+ year old mom, watching it with us, thought he was a bit too old lol.

Watched the first episode. True to Noir style for the most part. Found it to be a little boring, but he's not really into the spider character yet, so that was ok. Thought the acting and storyline was pretty good overall. I'll probably work more episodes in over the next few weeks and see how it goes.

So I watched a couple more episodes and they explained the voice. After getting bit he was becoming more spider than human and had learn how to speak again. He did it by watching movies of James Cagney, etc. So he talks like a combo of Cagney and Edward G Robinson. You gotta know that was Cage's idea as crazy as he is.
