My wife and I started watching The Queen's Gambit. It's alright, but I'm finding it a bit tedious somehow. It's entertaining enough, but not enough for me to binge watch it. We're watching a show called Unorthodox that has been pretty good so far. It's not Ozark good, but it's decent.
Of all the talk of movies (there are surprisingly few worth watching on Netflix), but my wife and I watch the odd movie on Kanopy, which you can get free access to through your library. We've seen some pretty entertaining movies on there, but most of them have weird endings. If you're into movies that wrap up nicely with a bow, they seem to be in short supply on Kanopy. My wife and I call it the Kanopy ending and figure that there is a sister site out there somewhere with all the movie endings on it.
But I noticed the other night the Glengarry Glen Ross is on Kanopy. It won't be everyone's cup of tea, but what a masterclass in acting!!! There might be a bad word or two thrown around, so just be warned. (And by "might be," I mean there is, and by "thrown around," I mean every second word!
