The field played poorly relative to thurs and fri, which I mentioned, but the tougher conditions were toughest on 8/18, of which Tiger was third worst.
Pretty simple observation to me, and more precise than Rex's wife saying EVERBODY.
It's all relative to that day's conditions after all, IF you understand golf that is.
