Ok, finally ordered the Pinhawk heads, all 3. I have 3 Matrix 70M4 Black Tie shafts in regular flex waiting to be prepped and installed. Will top them off with Avon Chamois standard grips, built up 4 layers on lower hand. I’m 5’10”, 90-95 mph driver swing, mid-release. As of late, fairways haven’t been the favorite clubs in my bag. I have this overwhelming feeling that shaft lengths are too long and lofts too strong, ergo the Pinhawks. A couple questions-should I build these to the recommended 41.5”, or go with the normal 5-wood length of 42”. Also, do I need to leave the shaft flex at regular, or tip firm or softer? I will have a local club builder check flex, spine, and flo these before install.
