So last Tuesday I did the "Angie" cross fit workout. I could not straighten my arms until today. So I had to take a whole week off from the gym.
Its friggin tough, and every minute we did 5 kettle bell swings and then back on it. Before that our warm-up was 3 rounds carrying 80 lb stove pellet bags, pushing 300 lb sleds, 50 lb rope pulls and tire/sledgehammer 20 overhead chops.
When I think of Angie, I think "Cee U Next Tuesday"....if you know what I mean....
