I bought a red Ogio Cirrus stand bag from Rock Bottom Golf a month ago. First thing I found is that even though Ogio advertises it as their "Lightest Ever at 3.2 Lbs", my postal scale pegged it at about 4.6#. I passed that off as advertising spin; probably the weight without the straps. Not important enough to pitch a bitch. However, I walked with it twice and the second time I noticed that it bled red dye on the back of my off-white shorts, and not a small amount. Called Ogio (Callaway) and with no hesitation they offered to replace it. I had an email with a return label before we were off the phone. They replaced it with a Callaway Hyper-Light 3 that showed up in a matter of a few days. With this bag one of the legs does not fully kick out when I set it down, so it tends to tip over unless I push down on the bag to fully extend the legs, or kick out the leg with my foot. Not a show stopper, but annoying, nonetheless. Call #2 to Callaway to find if there is some sort of adjustment I can make to it. Nope. Another immediate offer to replace the bag. I'm holding off until I walk with it a couple more times to see if perhaps loading the bag differently will improve it or it's just operator error. Neither is likely, but I'm not one to take advantage if I can work it out on my own.
Bottom line reason for this post is that I'm thoroughly impressed with Callaway (Ogio) and their customer service. Two Cadet Medium thumbs up. ππΌππΌ
