I have rarely ordered from them, but this last experience was the last. Will never again.
Ordered a few small items on 7/15. Received only one of them. Sent an email inquiry and they tell me that some items are not guaranteed to ship for up to 7 days and I would receive it soon.
I let three weeks go by before asking about it. Its a small item afterall, and I didn't want to be a pain. They apologized and guaranteed it would be shipped that day. Apparently it ships directly from the manufacturer.
So yesterday, after another 7 day wait, I send them a playful reply that I still had not received the item. The only response I received, just now, was an automated message that my money had been refunded. No personal touch like previous emails.
Was this not worthy of a reply after all we had been through together? I now dislike them for their inability to know what is going on, and their lack of 'give a shit'.
So here I sit, another week without the product after repeated promises it would be shipped. Please let me know what has happened...
1) You have a tracking number that says it was shipped, and someone stole it from my home
2) You outsourced shipping to United Airlines and it is lost baggage, or has been expelled from the plane with extreme prejudice for getting snarky with the pilot
3) I am the subject of a cosmic joke
4) You truly do not care
