I played the XS Thriver for a while, couldn't miss the fairway with the thing. In my quest to find lost distance, I put it on the shelf because it was about 10 yards shorter than a standard driver. Nice feel, high flight. It was 14* if I remember right. I had it shafted up with an AXE SL in stiff. Probably just not the right loft for me at that time. Also had a couple XS titanium fairways, boom! Shafted with AXE SL's too, they were beasts. Easy to launch and looooooong. Had a friend, who is a scratch golfer and Tour long, come do a test for me and another friend one day at the range. Brought along a bunch of fairways and he was hitting missiles with those XS fairways. He said if they wouldn't have said Acer on them, he'd bag a set. Club snob. IMO, you can't go into wrong with the XS line, good stuff.
