That's awesome customer service. Reminds me of a Lexus story from my car selling days. Dude buys a Lexus, and runs it for 80,000 miles when suddenly the engine dies. So dude tows the car into the Lexus dealer and asks them to look at it. Since it was under warranty he figured he'd get it fixed under that. After the mechanics looked at the engine they then asked dude when was the last time he had gotten an oil change. Dude says, "what's an oil change?"
80,000 miles and he had never changed the oil! Lexus puts in an entirely new engine, hands him back the keys and say to him, make sure you change the oil per manufacturer recommendations.
