Sneakylong Just recently got the PING G400 SF Tec driver. I've got the G30 SF Tec and G SF Tec also. All 3 are great drivers.

Quite a selection Sneaky. Can you describe the diff or rate them?

BTW, glad to hear you and your home are still there. We both got lucky.

All 3 are very similar. The G400 is 445 cc, but PING claims it has a higher MOI than the G.

We did get lucky. We got power back in less than 48 hours, but some are still without power.

The Karsten Phoenix AZ zip code text is right side up as oriented to the Eye 2 text.

The early 80s V groove models (before the law suit) had that text upside down.

I use a 50 degree Eye 2 W as a gap wedge too.

My Ping Eye2 + W @ 48.5* is my gap W too, thanks to your lead. One of most used, versatile & effective irons. Mine is v grove though .

Yes - The KARSTEN PHOENIX AZ 85068 U.S.A. text is right side up. The very early Eye 2 irons (V grooves) had this text upside down.

Just ran down to check my coppers and stainless eye 2 irons. Both are right side up.

Does same upside , downside criteria apply to Eye2 + groves?
Took my wedge out , had right side up label and in direct sun light grooves looked square but need magnification to really tell.

Not likely. EYE 2+ came out after the whole big groove brew ha ha. I think all Eye 2+ will have it right side up.

Picked up a 2007ish Taylormade Burner TP 10.5 driver with Fuji Speeder shaft. Only really want the head, but I might give the shaft an audition on the range.
