Players foul with regularity. ...and from my perapectuve its out of.control. the corner kicks clearly demonstrate this. There is the egregious nature of stopping a clear advantage and/or goal scoring opp and that being a card ... or a dangerous challenge in that it can hurt another player. The Balogun play was dangerous so I see the argument for a card. The ref had a BAD game. let several egregious advantages go with a whistle and no card. He did not even give a card on the Balogun foul. He would have protected the player and himself by showing a yellow, as common sense should rule there, Balogen has to come down it was just dumb luck that it was on the players ankle. I.e. looked bad but those two okayers were tangled and in contest for the ball vs. Balogun lunging at him being late, etc. In thag respect his play on the ball was not egregious a d it should have been a yellow. I am surprised it got suspended. Re refs they have an impossible job policing these games and IMO its the players that hold the key BUT its in the DNA of the game now and will take drastic measures to get under control. I dont trust that players, fans, etc would tolerate those measures so it would need to be done gradually.

Another poor clearance. That's three goals on poor clearances, the keeper brainfsrt i put in that category. That being said they were outclassed, and we could not deal with their midfielders, especially out wide. I wonder how many turnovers we had. It had to be a very high number.
