Foursome walks at in at 11:10 late for their 11:00 tee time. It was Saturday and we had nothing until 6 pm. I said to him did you bring your stuff?… I asked because they were of course renting carts but if they had their stuff I could have held up the group teeing off. Well, of course not…. God forbid you take your clubs with you to put on a cart.
Anyway, here’s the good part. I told them I can’t get them out now, they missed their time. Kid says we were at the range and could not find parking spots. I was puzzled. We have the range on the other side of the function hall. I said to him, “ you couldn’t find a spot when you went to the range?” He said, “ no, after we left the range we couldn’t find parking spots”. I said, “the range here?”….. So you 4 parked at the range, hit balls, went back to your cars, put your clubs in the cars drove over here…. Instead of walking 50 feet to find a closer spot when you weren’t even carrying clubs from your car to the pro shop?”
He looked at me and said yeah. I shook my head and said, “I can’t believe that….you couldn’t walk 50 feet, you put all your shit back in the car…. And only to take it out again..”. You wasted all this time and now you’re late and I can’t do anything to get you out.
