Asking for a friend: How do people get drivers liscenes, how do they open any kind of bank account, how do they fly anywhere, how do they rent a car, how do they get any kind of government benefits, how do their kids go to school, how do they get a credit card, how do they get food stamps, how do they get Social Security, how do they have any kind of account anywhere, how can you go to ER or hospital, how to you receive mail? I could go on and on. Please explain. Thanks in advance.
