Corn casserole recipe directly from my sister. Regular can of shoe peg corn drained. Can of cream corn. Jiffy corn bread mix. Half cup of melted butter and 8 oz. of sour cream.
Two eggs. Bake 350 degrees in an 8x8 casserole dish for 45 minutes uncovered until no jiggle. lol. You’ll think you’ve died and gone to heaven. No unnecessary trips to the bathroom. lol
Disclaimer: She played golf once. She hit the ball in the air every time. No farting around. One club, one ball. Finished the round with two balls. lol. That’s the way we should all play. 😂
