Which would be "the best" out of these heads (best being very subjective). I remember them all but not how well they were received at the time.

My wife still plays an Infinity Propulsion. I've tried multiple OEM's for her and just can't beat it.

garyt1957 jmo, but of all the heads he has listed, the Indio is the most forgiving. And I don't think today's driver heads beat them much(if any) for distance.
Got to get used to that deep, long face though.

I had these 2 and really liked the KO. If I remember right, I played the same shaft in both, Accuflex Icon v2. The KO was the more forgiving of the 2. Don't ask me why I remember that.

The 455db my GoTo in senior LD back then - served me well and built like a tank. 🏌

If I'd buy a club/clubhead from that era I'd have to somehow be able to swing the club like I could back then too. 😞

mulegolf From my experiences, using some of those older heads every season, distances are pretty much the same. It's forgiveness where the new ones have taken over.

But.....just hit the center dammit!😆All will be equal.

garyt1957 Figured you were looking at those lofts. There is a 12.5 Indio. And imo, they all have launched much higher than stated lofts. I've got a 7.5 that I used several years that would keep up with any 10/10.5 of today's heads. Also have a 9.5 that acts like 11 or more, lots of height/carry.

That doesn't happen as regularly now as it did then either. The biggest thing that is different is speed. I
don't have nearly as much swing speed as I did back then. 110-115 back then and under 80 now.

Typhoon best feel/sound IMO. I liked the Indio but sheesh it was an ugly duckling!
