Neither had I...
Basically before the round everyone gets a small Texas flag with their name on it.
Take your handicap and add it to what's par for the course and when you reach that total number,
wherever your ball lands you stick your flag in the fairway,rough, green ....wherever.
The flag that gets the farthest around the course wins.
So I got 8 strokes and par for our course is 72, my target number was 80.
I made it to hole 18 and my 80th shot landed in the greenside bunker, for 8th place winning a few$$.
A couple of guys had to go play the 19th hole because they hadn't used all their strokes up.....sandbaggers!
We were the next to last group, and it was pretty cool when we got down to the last couple of holes and started seeing
these little flags scattered all over the place.....especially if you still had your own flag still in the cart.⛳⛳⛳🏌
