Traveling Barstow to Raleigh over 4 days. Wondering about current road conditions and what to expect so far as traffic eastbound. What to avoid. Already have hotels booked. Thanks.
About 800 miles first day, 700 2nd and third day, and about 400 last day..

Of course, most people would use Google Maps and that will get you around any problems.
