LBlack14 Shaft is new/newly installed and hasn't been trimmed, is at full length. Would play @ 36" as is, but you can trim it to whatever. Grip is new, never installed, but I know nothing about it. This is a thrice reduced price, motivated to sell. Head cover isn't original. There is a very small mark on the head, which I highlighted. Hard to pick up.
