When I was at Golf n Ski Warehouse today I was talking with one of my friends who works there and is a member at my place. He’s been into the i95’s on his last couple sets. I told him I was thinking my next set would be P790 with Steelfiber i95. I hit those shafts in my indoor golf guy’s Muira irons and liked them. Only hit them inside though.
So the store had a set in a set of newish Wilson Staff CB irons in the used rack. He gave me the 7 iron and I went outside to hit it. Smooth feel, great weight like steel, but that graphite smoothness. Loved them…great ballflight as well. They play stiff to flex so I’d opt for regular if I was buying. These were stiff but still great… regular would be even better.
