Well I'm home and resting. Sure as hell got no sleep in the hospital.
Only problem in the 2 days was going without water and food for 16 hours. Wow I missed my water. My surgery was delayed 4 hours due to a emergency.
I can't drive for several days.
Have to lay around for a week.
Can't pick up anything over 10 lbs for 2 weeks.
Can't put any pressure or keep bent the right leg because of the incision on my inner thigh at my crotch.
I wasn't hurting anywhere at the hospital but here this evening at home is a different story 🤣🤣
Across my sternum halfway down my chest is hurting inside. Have to put a pillow to it and my incision if I cough.
I will have to go back to be put to sleep n check out the funtion and operation of the Watchman from inside to make sure it's all good, that there's no fluid around the heart, etc. before they'll let me off blood thinners sometime in August.
But all in all good job.
