Swing Factors on Fitting Equipment

Rather than muck up @garyt1957 post of Shaft Flex and his Swing. I'll start this topic and SAS Golf is pretty good at displaying various types of swings and swing speeds. This video is about fairway woods but could be applied to driver and frwy woods. The points I take from it and I rarely see many posts with their topics of their swings with equipment and don't factor them in and SAS Golf explains why this is so important. Just another point of view and why so many want to dumb it down and make it too simplistic as golf swings come in so many different variations that you can't simplify it. I thought it was worth thinking about and maybe also this verifies why one has issues with a specific club or clubs as that specific type of equipment doesn't match up to their golf swing or conditions they play generally etc etc.

The premise I gather is that for most people 5 or 7 woods make the most sense to use. Kind of up to us to figure out the flex and model that suits our particular tendencies or needs. Good stuff. Thanks for posting.

I'm that crazy outlier (of course I am) who has no trouble hitting fairway woods and elevating them. My 3 wood is 14 degrees and I get it up fine. Some are low bullets but they work out fine. Crazy thing is I often hit my 3 wood off the ground as far as my driver off the tee.
My 5 wood is money right now, decent height , straight or slight draw. Just got an Adams 7 wood but didn't realize it was offset some. jury is out on that one.
My 4-5 hybrids are really good too for a slow swinger. My whole problem right now are the short irons 8-9-PW. I hit them for crap mostly.

I didn't get this across well. It's not just about fairway woods this would also apply to driver. You have to watch the video in length to understand the swing differences and how they factor into fitting for good performance. At least being the OP that's my point. But I do get what you guys are saying.
