I suppose if a person would dig around on the bankruptcy filing, something might pop up.
Question is....why would you hire a person as your COO, if they were majorly involved in the bankruptcy of the former company? Is that position not above where he was prior?
iirc, the bankruptcy filing and the take over /renaming to a 'new' company was very quick. HOF was never worried about getting their shafts made.😉
edit: It actually was not a bankruptcy as the company went into receivership, and was bid on.
