My 14 year old spaniel experienced this. Was falling over to one side, head tilt etc. the vet said it was a common issue in older dogs when their vestibular system gets old and goes wonky. She said he would adapt and he did
he slowly got better to the point if you didn't know he had it, you couldn't tell.
