Total Fake News...Where did you dig up that bit of misinformation??? Mega Corp is not in the soft drink bottling business. On top of that regulators would never permit one entity to own both Coke and Pepsi. But, the real issue would be where would Mega Corp get the funding to purchase either, let alone both bottlers??? Together they have a market Cap of Half a Trillion Dollars!!! Musk and Bezos together would have some trouble scraping that much cash together.
