Bravopilot I have one of these as well; works great. Not cheap, but got mine from a Woot sale (Amazons deal of the day site). It has seemed to extend the life of batteries. Knock on wood the battery in my car will be 9 years old soon.
I have a Stanley (from a friend that worked for them) and also Avapow (Amazon) jump starter packs and both work well. I like the Avapow better as it has a nicer case and is easier to use, but the Stanley does seem more rugged.
