KCee yes, there is a learning curve, but here’s the cool part, it’s all a game of remember the number. I cook eggs on 8 for example, pancakes on 9, make pulled chicken on 6. It’s very easy to replicate after you learn it, it’s the same every time, no guess work. After a week or so, it’s good to go.
