Senior golf’s question

For you guys with swing speeds with driver 90 and under especially. What are you guys using for your fairway woods and how far are you hitting them? 2 years ago I was carrying my 5 iron 180-190 avg. avoiding back surgery yes I play without pain or I wouldn’t play at all. I’m giving my Pxg irons to my much younger brother in-law and I’m swinging much easier. I transitioned into Adams idea 14 irons. I carry a 3 wood but wonder if 5 wood or 7 wood wood be better? Swinging easy is not working as well with the 3 wood. At least like it used to. Just wondering what my fellow senior friends are doing with success. I’ve dipped to an 11 hcp but I think mostly last Year fighting my back. Decided to give in and play less stressful golf lol. Mainly advancing the ball down the fairway the best you can question?

Just saw this. 7 wood is money with proper shaft. For Me I built it 42.5 so I can choke down or play to length. 165-180 yds. 5 wood at 18* is pretty reliable as well. Even with my single digit handicap I went to Cleveland XL Halo hybrid/iron set. They are like cheating with weaker lofts than most irons today, I picked up most of my distance back because of the launch now. Also went to the lighter but stable Cypher shafts out now. Everything in golf takes away player launch 90% of the time. These changes gave it back and put the fun back into the game
