Rickochet sdandrea1 Duh, scroll up and read the post Rick. I don't recall seeing that when I posted. Steve might have edited the thread after I posted. π
sdandrea1 Rickochet I don't recall seeing that when I posted. Steve might have edited the thread after I posted. π I tricked you Rick! That's why I winked. I figured someone would state the obvious, so I went to back and added the caveats. π
[deleted] The 400 series (and G30, and G) has a .6 graduation.... newer that 400 has what I would refer to as more common graduations (.5, 1, 1.5) IIRC
sdandrea1 CallMeAl Also, the last on the right looks like the smaller tip. Thus it's for the older models. Just noticed that. I've grouped them by screw-tip size. Thanks!
sdandrea1 bad9 The one on the left (with fewer settings) would be the one for the G400. Roger that π
Typhoon Could be some aftermarket ones in the pic along with oem. Both will fit but the top near the ferrule where you add a collar will be different. Iβve had both and they all work
Typhoon sdandrea1 Ok, I know what I have because I only had one OEM and the rest are aftermarket. The Paderson is aftermarket and the other is oem. Slight difference in collar height and the color of the paint⦠both work.
Par4QC DO NOT put the wrong adapter in the head!! They may look like they fit, but you'll find out the hard way why they do not. Landon knows that I know this.π Here's some different ones, for future reference. This is the G/G400.......
Bravopilot Par4QC @sdandrea1 Steve, Sorry but the one on the shaft is faded. However, based on Rex's pictures, it is the same as the one listed for Ping G30/G-series/G400 Driver above.
Par4QC sdandrea1 There is not only a diff in the tips, but also the diameter of the top, that seats into the head. Don't know that until you seat one with the torque wrench.....and the hosel cracks ever so slightly.π€¬ PING engineers= rat bastages!!
ode Just because they bolt up doesn't mean it's the right one. 410 to current compatible. G30/G/G400 compatible. Compatible does not mean they will look exactly the same. G/G30 did not have the rubber ferrule, but the g400 did.
sdandrea1 Walterjn did you at least used the white Elmer's glue??? Glue stick. Got some left over from kindergarten. π
