ValueGolf colej Typhoon I get what you’re saying but I’m gonna bet @ValueGolf can’t even buy GP grips for $3 each. Not even close. And I guarantee Golf Pride grips cost more than $1 each to make.
Typhoon ValueGolf I don’t see how with the thousands of grips molded on an assembly line a piece of round painted rubber is over a dollar. Just my opinion
ode Typhoon used to paying stupidly high prices for anything Golf associating price with thinking it’ll help our games. And the OEM’s, retailers etc… are laughing at us. no doubt....but this thread went in a wonky direction!
Par4QC Typhoon we’re used to paying stupidly high prices for anything iphone associating price with thinking it’ll help our lives. And the OEM’s, retailers etc… are laughing at us. Fixed it. And you were just there.....for 2 of those $10 phones. 🤣
Typhoon Par4QC And you were just there.....for 2 of those $10 phones 😂well I don’t want to buy one of them “Chinese Spyin” phones from Temu😂😂
Bravopilot Par4QC Not a fan of Apple products and forced to use an iPhone from work. Personal is Android
Par4QC Typhoon I don’t want to buy one of them “Chinese Spyin” phones from Temu Don't have to. All retailers have been selling them since their inception. Besides, you already know the ones from Temu are fake.🤣
Bravopilot Typhoon all the technology that has to be developed by serious engineers is not free😎 At least what the engineers at work keep telling me.
ValueGolf Typhoon I don’t see how with the thousands of grips molded on an assembly line a piece of round painted rubber is over a dollar. Just my opinion I've only been doing this for a quarter century, so lets just agree to disagree. 😂
Par4QC [deleted] Golf Pride grips are primarily made in the good ol' USA. Some are from out of the country. I think we could possibly determine which is which by pricing.(??)
Bravopilot Par4QC Not according to their website. Developed in NC but made in Taiwan and Thailand. Better than China. https://www.golfpride.com/faqs/products-and-features/#:~:text=Where%20are%20Golf%20Pride%20grips,countries%20where%20golf%20is%20played.
Par4QC Bravopilot I have android also. No need for me to spend the type of money an iphone requires shelling out....I'm not selling any body parts. My life does not revolve around a phone as most people's do. It is my 'timepiece' and message system only. Never use it for internet and such. And they cost me nothing to purchase. Zero dollars ever!
Par4QC Bravopilot ValueGolf Yep, no grips made in the USA anymore Then they should only cost a dollar to make. And 6 to sell. 🤣
professor Bravopilot Better than China. Why? Why better than China? Par4QC No need for me to spend the type of money an iphone requires shelling out....I'm not selling any body parts. I've never paid for my iPhone per se. They've all been "free" save for a three year contract from the service provider.
Bravopilot Par4QC Agree, I use my personal for simple text with my boys and ex-wife. Seldon use the internet. Work phone is another thing altogether, however, every time I use it, I'm charging time. And no cost to me when OCONUS travel.
Typhoon I had an android but then my old job gave us all iPhones and they never collected them when we closed. My guys turned theirs in to me, I told a few guys who didn’t have phones how to wipe them and just keep them. I don’t care either way if I have an iPhone or Android. New work gives us an iPhone but over the next year they are making them unusable except for work apps so I keep my own phone
ode Who knows, maybe the grips OP posted/asked about are made by the same outfit that makes the counterfeit GP's on Temu🤣
[deleted] professor They yes you have paid for them. It's rolled into the cost of the contract, but I understand the point that you're making. If you think it's free then try breaking the contract.
Par4QC [deleted] No contracts here. I want to go to different company, I just walk away. Never sign anything when getting my phones/service. Only the monthly checks...service only.(just looked)
professor [deleted] you think it's free then try breaking the contract. And if I've never "broken" the contract? Then it's not free? Is that what you're saying.
