Bought a couple shaft pullers from ebay. One manual, one hydraulic. This is a review for the manual.
BTW, these are just my opinion, YMMV...
First, pics...
A pretty basic minimal design for a screw type. Heavy duty materials and quite solid. Comes with shaft adapter, but not wrench.
Had an older wedge with a 45gm KBS as test mule. Reason being a 45 gram is the thinnest, lightest most fragile shaft most of us will pull.

A little cumbersome to mount, but once in and using a butane torch with 1 minute of heat it came off pretty easy. You will have to use a little pressure on the the vise to keep the shaft clamp from slipping.

If you're an occasional guy that wants to do his own work, this unit is fine. More than a couple times a week or doing work for others, I'd look at something else.
Still, as a hobbiest, it'll get the job done.
