Maybe, but trust me, you guys have access to much better care- if you can afford it. I've seen some of your hospitals, makes some of ours look third world, no joke. I would guess that our healthcare system as a whole is better for the average person as its free and the care is good but at the upper end of care, I'm pretty sure your system is better just because you have a lot more money for better doctors, better equipment etc. Hard to imagine the best doctors in the world would come here to make significantly less money than they could in your country.
