You must be looking for OEM heads with the price max. you've got there.
Lots of the generic heads that are very nice....very nice looking-performing, and can be had for under $100 for what you are needing.
Can even get a full set, 4-PW, of MacGregor heads for only $135 shipped.(BLACKFRIDAY15 code)

he actually has the shafts and someone to build a set(not me!!) so he only needs heads. He would like to try the Maltby TS3 but both the price and the upcoming ts3+ is holding him back since he will not be playing again until probably April.
