First round in the books with the Sim 2 Max. I like it! I used my current shaft instead of the one that came with it. The head is 204 grams versus 195 for the M4! So at 45.75" on the 60+ gram Kai'li red, the swingweight was D7. And it felt like a sledgehammer. My gamer shaft plays at 44.25 with the M4 lead-taped up to 205, so it was a good match to just put the Sim 2 on it.

It's solid feeling and sounding, and gave me good drives. I'd like to say longer than my M4 but it will take several rounds for me to really know that. It seems to be better on slightly off center hits. Overall the results are better but I can't define why just yet.

@Typhoon Was the Kai'li red a no-upcharge aftermarket shaft, or made for, if you know?

DonM It’s a real Kaili Red, just happens to be no upcharge. FYI, you can go on eBay and find a lighter backweight for the head. It’ll reduce moi some but you can get the head weight down if you want.

I’m getting more very good drives than I got with the M4. More forgiving for sure. I guess it’s true what they say about trading up every 3 or 4 years.

Now I’m only 3.5 years behind! 😀

Typhoon What U want to do is get a Stealth 2 and pop the face off etc…. Send it back for a new qi10.

One of the guys in my group had his Stealth 2 face come off recently and they sent him a new Stealth 2 head. He was just happy to get a replacement, but we were wondering if he would get the latest head or not.

KCee I know late spring /beginning of the summer it was a crap shoot on what you would get because they made a version 2 of the Stealth 2 head because of breakage. But… some people got Qi10.

I sent mine back the end of July, figured I’d wait until I knew I’d get a Qi10. Didn’t think he’d get a Stealth 2 now though🤔

He got it in early August I think. Was kind of funny because he showed up for a weekend round and said "I got a replacement head, when you have time can you pull the shaft from the old one and put it in the new one?". I said "I can but maybe just unscrew the adapter in the new head and put your old shaft in right now?" 🤣

Was kind of surprised they sent the head with the shaft adapter, but that was nice of TM.

Well, it is the hosel of the head.

Never understood people selling heads only, but no adapter. That is not a complete head, without it.
