scotts33 I've played quite a few rounds this season and have used 6-7 different sets of irons with different types of shafts & flexes. Drivers have been in/out of the bag from being 20 yrs. old to current; FW clubs also. Even used some really old, cheap putters. The variety of balls I've used is almost ridiculous. Scores have remained very consistent throughout all of that. (well, until yesterday😄)
I like that I have learned to 'play golf' through the years. And I love forever changing equipment, and that it is forever changing in itself.
Attitude, more than ability or equipment, makes a good round of golf though. I read, on here, of people who are plain beat before going out to play, due to the last round played. That round is over/gone. Next!!!!
