Had Titleist drivers 2 summers ago. No big deal except for a name. No better than any other. The 1 and only 'edge' they have is looks. Jake still plays his and I may need to 1/2 unalive him in order to get him trying others.

Par4QC they are apparently discounted on the Sam's site so it's possible they scored a shit ton of them for a good deal and are making a small profit on volume sales. I guess there is a yellow version that is on the conform list. I took a peak on WRX and no chatter on the Sam's ball thread about the eBay listing.....although a lot less of the posters there stoop to the level of Sam's vs Amazon and/or Costco 😮

There’s a discount store local to me that I’d assume has some sort of Sam’s liquidation agreement as they have out of season Members Mark stuff there regularly. They have the MM golf balls. They were priced at $20 for 24 balls. Its called home buys.

Edit to validate price and name $20 for 24 vs $29 at Sam’s and the correct name is “Home Buys”.

ode I've tried the Kirkland balls and they are nothing for me. Every other ball I use beats hell outta them. Tee/FW/chipping/putting.
These may be the same, but at least cheap enough.

The thing I'm curious about is the lettering on them in the testing link and on their website.....'pro series 2'. Is this a new version....and the eBay balls are the 1st? Would explain as to the why of a liquidation company having pallets of them🤔.
Have not checked for any info yet though. Not really much concerned. They are 'just golf balls'.😆

I don't see any lower pricing on their website....$29.98/2 doz..

Par4QC after they moved away from the 4 pc that everyone freaked out about the ball was basically a spinny terd. The new 3 pc. is supposed to be better then the prior version. Speaking Kirkland. There was one version where the cover was bad and they pulled them from the shelf.

I don’t ever remember a “Series 1”…and I have shopped at Sam’s for years…all the time because we don’t have a Costco…

......the driver’s speed was set to 100 mph. Irons were tested at 81 mph....... in the Kirkland vs. Maker's Mark test.

Fair testing of golf balls?
An internet search will show those speeds associated basically with the under 40 players.
They might want to try 85-90. Would be more reliable for an average player.

I still haven't found a better all round performer than the Cally Super Soft. The Maxfli lineup is pretty good too.

I watched that video and thought that is so much offset that even I would think it was too much. I like offset, but geez! Those testers managed to hit it straight, somehow. The price @ $549, seems ridiculous for an unknown company (FREE headcover, tho!)🤣

Yeah that's a hard pass. I would just find a used Cobra offset driver. I tried a buddy's once and man I killed that thing with nice high draw. I should go find one lol.

There's a thought.....move out everything not in season, instead of storing it and bringing it back out.
And they probably still make profit, albeit marginal, off the items doing it that way.

Typhoon Not sure that would have helped me 'back when'.
During a tournament, I hit a tee shot that ended up in the trees. Just 15 yards away. And, it started straight!

And to think I was a lousy pool shooter due to lack of ability to put 'english' on a ball when needed😄.

Typhoon I used to have a friend in St. Louis that played that way. Played every drive for a 30 yard slice and shorter clubs accordingly. He'd also shoot in the mid 80s he was so consistent with it. There were always a few holes with dogleg lefts or with solid tree lines down the left side and trouble on the right that would get him.
