I would have expected the opposite outcome, but it is college football 👍

sdandrea1 too early to tell who the the top teams really are. Bama gets soundly beat by Florida St. Bama beats Georgia. Both those games on the road.for.Bama. Florida St. goes on the road and loses in OT to Virginia. Tells me this will play out a bit like last year. No great team and the 12 !that get in will all likely have a decent chance especially with the wonky way it gets seeded.

darpar very surprised by that! Got a find a way to get a W when your team does not have their A game. They could still make the playoff.....with big games vs Ohio State and Indiana left they could easily still get in even with another loss.

Penn State, Clemson and maybe Notre Dame. Surprisingly disappointing given talent on their rosters.

raggmann54 be careful what you wish for. Franklin has been very successful and nixing a guy like that can end up going the other way. Not every program can be a juggernaut. With the 12 team playoff and more parity I'd be backing my guy vs trying to ride him out of town. Let the year play out. And look at last year. Ohio St. Ends up winning it all with 2 losses one to Michigan who basically was average at best until that point
