Getting the date out there and updating people on the intent for 2024.

Prices have gone up everywhere so it is no longer possible to get back to the rates we used to enjoy. However, we can move around and reduce fees a bit. The plan (if it works out) is to go west a bit in 2024 to avoid the North Scottsdale prices. Places like Verrado, Estrella, Trilogy, etc.

Please update me with interest so I can plan for the numbers.
