Interesting thread here regarding quality and playability. I actually had some free time today and was browsing YouTube. I found countless videos of good players, popular YouTube reviewers, etc. going out and playing their best with original PING Karstens, Eye 2s, Titleist DCI, Dick's Box sets, Stix golf, Kirkland, etc. Bottom line - they all work. I remember playing in some Hickory events and seeing guys work the ball effortlessly with 100 year old originals.

Typhoon Just go on Alibaba and check through all the heads you can have branded with your name.
Used to be a few component sellers that would do all the leg work for you, if wanting your own. Think DTG was one along with Hireko and Monark.

Par4QC Hireko will absolutely help you get your own branded heads, shafts, grips, whatever you want. Same with Integra.

Par4QC The Alibaba ones are a better deal … or whatever you want to call it. Their TM copies at least have the TM name on them and you get a nice selection of probably fake shafts. Less money too.

Eguller they would.be the same.price or just.umder the kirkland price, BUT with TT Multi Step Lite shafts, and ?? grip, likely the DTG velvet.

Big drop off with the shaft and grip....BUT you could buy the heads only from DTG amd source your own shafts and grip and by my math you'd have $290 to play with. I know that ferrules, supplies, etc. are not free but for the hobbyist it's a no brainer to buy heads only at $29.99 per.

ode Keep in mind that the "Elevate 115" shafts that come in the Kirlands aren't the expensive $35 ones, they area a watered-down OEM version which is probably a $5 wholesale shaft that is comparable to the "Multi-Step Lite" (which is also a $5 wholesale shaft). But I agree; if you can build your own clubs you can do much better for $499 than the Kirklands.

customgolfcenter maybe.....I'd also be interested in that comparison as well. If it indeed is an OEM version of the Elevate that is yet another layer of the onion peeled back...and IMO, the Elevate is nothing special to begin with.

ode You can tell it's an OEM version by the sticker (which lacks the "VSS Tech" verbiage and is different from the other models), and also by the fact that the "Elevate 115 MPH" model can't be bought anywhere at retail.

Because they are discontinued. There was an Elevate MPH 115 model, no VSS. The shaft band was different in that it was a wraparound much like others.

ode Not really a silk screen, nor a label. More of a painted on. I have some of their 95 VSS shafts(which are very nice shafts, btw).

The label I posted came from the TT website. We all know what it means when the label on a club is different from what the company website shows. A ~~lot of~~ ~~a ton of~~ .... millions of the TT XP shafts were sold in iron sets with various numbers. And those numbers cannot be found on the TT website. 😉
