KCee They should be a lot more forgiving, but that's not coming across when I play them. Maybe the TE+ would be better?
For me, the TS3 is the most forgiving head for toe strikes that I have ever played…but I haven’t tried out as many irons as most of you guys 😜
I found it odd that he said the TE+ is slightly more “compact” and the “little brother” of the TS3 when dimensionally the GW chart states the TE+ blade length & sole width are ever so slightly more than TS3??
Maybe the TE+ thinner top line & touch shorter toe height make it look smaller at address…I dunno?
Main reason I brought up this question & posted the YT video is primarily because of the thinner top line that the TE+ has…
The XXIO Forged set that I own have a thinner top line than my TS3’s and I like that…but the TS3’s are definitely more forgiving on mishits compared to XXIO forged…noticeable distance loss on toe strikes compared to TS3.
Like you, I might need to think about a demo TE+…maybe…just don’t know
